4. Order Processing & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept secure payments via credit/debit card and trusted online payment platforms. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as we begin the fulfillment process immediately to ensure timely delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partners. As a result, shipping may vary slightly depending on item availability and logistics.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. holidays, customs clearance, strikes, etc.).
Tracking numbers may not always be available depending on the supplier and shipping method. Please allow some flexibility regarding delivery timeframes.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. We ask that you please review your order carefully before purchasing.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@alpinease.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries within the 7–10 day window, change of mind, or non-validated return attempts.
