Are the Swiss Ski Tunes® waterproof ?
It is not designed to be completely submerged under water for a long period of time, neither it is recommended to swim with them.
BUT it's is perfect to resist to snowy and windy conditions.
How long does the battery last ?
The battery is made to last up to 10 hours with a full charge. It allows you a full day on the slopes.
A full recharge takes about 1 to 2 hours.
Can I wash the headband ?
Yes you can ! The speakers are easily removable which allows you to safely wash the headband.
Will the control buttons be comfortable under my helmet ?
Not at all ! The control buttons are placed at the back of the headband so they don't press against your head or against the helmet. you won't even notice them.
When will I receive my order ?
We process the orders within 1 to 2 business days. Then, the estimated delivery time is estimated to take between 5 to 10 business days - depending on your location, as we are expediting them from Switzerland.
